Free Shipping
DUSKLAB is pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order placed through our website. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and no promotional code is needed to qualify. This offer applies to all shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations, additional shipping charges may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout. Free shipping is automatically applied to your order; no action is required on your part.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after the order is placed and payment has been verified. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by our fulfillment center. Handling time begins once your order is confirmed; weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, but the 1‑3 day window ensures accuracy and quality checks before dispatch.
Order Cut‑Off Time
Orders placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day will begin processing the same business day. Any orders placed after the 5:00 PM EST cut‑off, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day. We recommend placing your order before the cut‑off time to minimize any potential delays. Please note that the cut‑off time is based on your order submission timestamp, not when you begin the checkout process.
Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your package leaves our facility, the standard transit time is 2 to 5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. This transit window begins after the handling period has concluded. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier volume, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations. DUSKLAB is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events of force majeure.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with trusted carriers (including UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to deliver your order reliably. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 4 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. DUSKLAB is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you discover an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and corrected address. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
DUSKLAB is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. For packages that arrive damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
