30-Day Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange any unused, unopened product within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fee
DUSKLAB believes in making returns easy for our customers. That is why we cover all return shipping costs for standard returns within the 30-day window. There is never a restocking fee – you will receive 100% of the item price back (excluding original shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part). We do not deduct any handling or processing fees from your refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account; typically, you can expect to see the refund within 5–10 business days after our processing is complete.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please indicate your preference when contacting us. We will process your exchange as quickly as possible and ship the replacement item at no additional cost to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or offer you a store credit, whichever you prefer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize your case and provide a return authorization, a prepaid return label, and ship a replacement free of charge. Refunds for defective or incorrect items are processed within 5 business days after we receive the return.
Non‑Returnable Items
